- One of us replies. We agree a time that suits you for a 30-minute call, by phone or video.
- We talk it through. We listen, say what we would do first and tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.

Frequently asked questions
Does the discovery call cost anything?
No. The call is free and carries no obligation. If it makes sense to work together, we explain the fees on the call so there are no surprises.
Who will I speak to?
One of the two founders, Adam Graver or Lucy Collinge. There is no sales team and no account manager between you and us.
What happens to the details I send?
They come to us and are used only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking. The privacy page explains it in full.
What if I am not sure what I need?
That is a common place to start. Tell us what is not working, or what a trustee has asked for, and we will work out the first useful step on the call.
